All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition Products must be returned in original packaging Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain pet products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless faulty.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund where applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
